Personal data are used in accordance with the Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the Regulation (UE) 2016/679.
The purposes of processing
During their normal operation, computer systems and software procedures that are responsible for the website operation, collect some personal data whose transmission is embedded in Internet communication protocols.

The data subject may also send an email specifying the subject of his request, the right that needs to be exercise, and attaching a copy of an identity document stating legitimacy of the request.

According to Article 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Art. 7of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, data subjects may withdraw consent at any time.
Right to lodge a complaint
Data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority within the state of residence.
Right to refuse data processing
