Cristina Maria Hotiu, acting as Data Controller, guarantees security, confidentiality, and protection of personal data at all stages of data processing. Personal data are used in accordance with the Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the Regulation (UE) 2016/679.
The purposes of processing
During their normal operation, computer systems and software procedures that are responsible for the website operation, collect some personal data whose transmission is embedded in Internet communication protocols.
All these personal data are not collected to specifically identify individuals, but by their very nature, may lead to their identification through processing and association with data held by third parties.

The data subject may also send an email specifying the subject of his request, the right that needs to be exercise, and attaching a copy of an identity document stating legitimacy of the request.
According to Article 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Art. 7of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, data subjects may withdraw consent at any time.
Right to lodge a complaint
Data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority within the state of residence.
Right to refuse data processing
Data subject may deny consent to navigation data processing. Cookies can be disabled by changing the browser settings, but this can put limits to the navigation experience and inhibit the site’s functionalities.
Automated decision making processes
Personal data processing is not carried out with automated means.
