Use guideline
It is strongly advised to avoid impacts, abrasions and/or other mechanical stress that might damage the coating film and therefore hinder its performance.
Cleaning guidelines
The coatings deliver excellent non-stick properties that ensure easy-clean surfaces. Do not use brushes, abrasive sponges and / or other objects that may damage the coating. To remove any incrustations more effectively, soak for a few hours; then proceed with ordinary cleaning. High-pressure water can be used, but only when absolutely necessary. It is advisable keeping an appropriate distance from the coated surface. Please contact Silicon Tech for an advice regarding the cleaning process.
Wear and Refurbishment
Coatings are subject to wear. Increasing wear leads to progressive loss of non-stick and anticorrosive properties. A regular check-up is recommended to ensure excellent functional performances. The coating film can be restored, even on a scheduled basis, by delivering the coated baking trays/moulds and/or other types of coated parts to Silicon Tech. Herein a highly specialized team will perform a full recovery.
